个人简介

张威,男,湖南长沙人,副教授,硕士生导师,2016年9月博士毕业于苏州大学,主要致力于新型铁电/半导体材料的制备及其在信息存储领域的应用研究,截止目前主持并参与国家和省部级科研项目6项,在Adv. Funct. Mater., Composites Part B, Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett.等高水平学术期刊上发表论文30余篇,获国家授权专利4项。先后承担《线性代数》、《概率论与数理统计》、《物理电子学》、《材料现代测试技术》等本科生和研究生课程,在课程思政、教学创新和青年教师课堂教学等竞赛中多次获奖。

研究方向

1. 电介质薄膜及其在芯片存储与储能方面的应用研究;
       2. 高性能电子/光电子器件的设计、集成与机理研究。
