光伏技术研发中心

光伏技术研发中心成立于2013年,主要专注于高效晶体硅太阳电池、化合物薄膜太阳电池及新型光伏材料研究,同时注重向光伏产业应用延伸。主要开展以下三个方面的研究。
(1)高效晶体太阳电池
(2)化合物薄膜太阳电池
(3)新型光伏材料

       团队现有固定人员8人,其中国务院特殊津贴专家 “863” 项目首席专家1人,河北省“巨人计划”领军人才1人,河北省杰青1人,河北省优青1人;实验室拥有河北省光伏技术省部共建协同创新中心,河北省光伏技术创新团队。经过持续的投入,实验室现有500平方米实验面积,已建成一个化合物薄膜太阳电池制备实验线,光伏检测设备齐全,设备资产总值超过1000万元,主要设备包括:磁控溅射设备、多元共蒸发设备、有机无机共蒸发设备、低压化学气相沉积设备、太阳电池IV测试设备、量子效率测试设备、少子寿命测试设备等。

       近 5 年,承担光伏领域国家 973/863、重大专项项目 5 项,其他国家级、省部级项目 30 余项;在 Nat. Commun.、 Adv. Mater 等著名学术期刊上发表SCI 论文 50 余篇,获授权专利 15 项。开展的 120 微米晶硅柔性电池效率达到 19.13%;硒化锑太阳电池实验室效率为9.2%,创造该类太阳电池效率最高世界纪录, 注重与国内外相关科研单位开展深层次的交流与合作,与德国卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院、新加坡南洋理工大学形成定期人员互访机制。近年来,硕士毕业生大多进入光伏相关研究单位和企业从事研究工作,多名毕业生获得硕士学位后继续深造,进入中科大、中科院、南开等高校攻读博士学位,杨林林、何仁同学申请巴塞罗那大学攻读博士学位。热忱欢迎有志于相关方向研究的学生、博士后、青年教师、百人计划等优秀人才加入团队。
